How can I reach Brussels Kart Expo?

From when can we start with the set-up?
You can start from 00:01 on the first day of location
Till when can we end with the build-down?
You can end at 23:59 on the last day of location (cleaning included).
At what time my event should end the latest?
In the municipality of Dilbeek all events need to end ultimately at 03am.
What are my responsibilities as a tenant?
During the entire renting period you will be responsible for the opening and closing from all gates and doors that are linked to Brussels Kart Expo.
The keys will be handed the day before the start of the renting period during an last expo briefing. After your build-down (& cleaning) you can hand over the keys again :

What about suppliers at Brussels Kart Expo?
Here at Brussels Kart Expo you are free to collaborate with own suppliers during the whole event. We are not interfering at any moment in the organisation of your event. You are free to choose your catering partner, your technical partner and all other partners.
What about internet at Brussels Kart Expo?
Here in our Expo hall we possess a basis free Wi-Fi connexion. No password is needed to connect and every visitor has access to this. The download and upload speed is limited.
For specific Wi-Fi requirements, internet connections and upgrades you can contact an external supplier. You can work with own supplier or you can contact Connect-On. They have installed their own lines in the halls.

What about parking at Brussels Kart Expo?
Brussels Kart Expo has +/- 2000 parking spots which are divided into several blocs. During set-up and build-down parking is provided. On the event day(s) itself parking is charged. The parking is rented per bloc at € 4,00 per parking spot.
With our experience we suggest a minimum of 2 parking boys during your event. 1 parking boy on the footpath before the entrance and a minimum of 1 parking boy on the parking to look for a structural parking .
The parking needs to be cleaned after your event.
A check list for a good cleaning?
The cleaning of the rented hall, the rented additional rooms and parking is at charge of the user. The cleaning should be included in the renting period.

Cleaning the toilets with water (floor, toilets, sink, mirrors, closets, ...)

You are free to work with an own supplier for the cleaning. ADV Services is a company that often assure the cleaning here at Brussels Kart Expo.

What about garbage?
The renting of containers or dustbins is at charge of the organisation. Those can be delivered at GATE C against the front of the building. It is not allowed to let your garbage in the hall. Different types of containers can be hired at ADV Service, Sita, Van Gansewinkel, ...
Around the hall we have installed small dustbins and ash trays. Those are foreseen for your visitors and not for the organisation to leave behind.
Which important information should I communicate to my suppliers?
ALL deliveries should be deliverd via Stationstraat 28, 1702 Groot-Bijgaarden.
Deliveries can only be accepted during period of location. We will not accept deliveries in advance.

Which important information should I communicate to my visitors?

Visitors can only enter during openinghours of your event. It will not be possible to enter hours before the event of hours after the event.
